The program of 24-hour technical assistance for car owners (both legal entities and individuals)

The list of services:

1. Information and directory services (in Ukraine):
   • service stations;
   • petrol stations;
   • medical centers (including privately owned ones);
   • hotels.
2. Accomplishment of a minor repair of the client’s automobile in road conditions:
   • wheel changing (possibly tire fitting);
   • starting of engine;
   • emergency unlocking;
   • replenishing of petrol;
   • failure diagnosis.
3. Prompt car windows replacement.
4. Organization of an automobile towage. Searching and calling of an appropriate tow truck.
5. A road traffic accident assistance:
   • call in special services (State Traffic Police, Ministry of Emergency Situations, First-Aid Service) to a scene of a road traffic accident;
   • a prompt visit of the average commissioner to a scene of a road traffic accident providing necessary consultations, preparing a road traffic accident scheme, making appropriate photographs and reporting.
   • expert assessment of vehicles damage.
6. Driver service.
7. Assistance in car renting.
8. Booking tickets for all types of transport and rooms in hotels (motels).
9. Concierge service.
